Terms of Service

1. Service
Deep IQ is a managed WhatsApp messaging service for Iraqi internet service providers. We send template-based WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf, using our verified WhatsApp Business Account.
2. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to:
- Send messages to recipients who haven't consented to receive them (anti-spam).
- Send content that violates the WhatsApp Business Policy (illegal goods, financial scams, hate speech, etc.).
- Impersonate Deep IQ or any other entity.
- Attempt to access or interfere with other customers' data.
Repeated complaints, low quality ratings from Meta, or evidence of spam will result in account suspension. We reserve the right to refuse service.
3. Credits and billing
Service is sold as message credit packs at a flat 50 IQD per message. Credits are added to your account after we confirm your bank or Zain Cash transfer (typically within 24 hours).
One credit is consumed per outbound message accepted by Meta (status = sent or higher). Failed sends with status = not_registered, template_paused, or invalid_parameter do not consume credits.
4. Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue from delayed message delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous 12 months.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for serious violations).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Baghdad.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts 30 days in advance.
