Refund Policy

1. Unused credits

Credit packs are refundable in full within 14 daysof purchase if no credits have been consumed. Refunds are issued via reverse bank transfer to the account that sent the original payment. Allow 5-10 business days for the bank to process.

2. Partially used credits

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a prorated refund for the credits you haven't used. We refund (unused / pack size) × amount paid, rounded down to the nearest 1,000 IQD. Example: bought 5,000 credits for 250,000 IQD, used 1,200, refund = (3,800 / 5,000) × 250,000 = 190,000 IQD.

3. Forfeiture

Credits are not refundable if:

• The 14-day window has passed.
• Your account is suspended for violation of the Terms of Service (spam, content policy violations, abuse).
• You voluntarily close your account with credits remaining.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@deep-iq.net from the address on your account, with: order reference, amount, reason, and the bank account details for the reverse transfer (if different from the original).

5. Disputed payments

If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate within 5 business days and respond with our findings.
