Managing your team
Inviting teammates, assigning roles, and removing access.
Deep IQ supports three roles per organization:
• Owner — full access. Created when you signed up; only one per org. Owners can delete the organization.
• Admin — can manage the team, contacts, sends, billing, and settings, but cannot delete the organization.
• Member — day-to-day access for contacts, sends, job history, balance, and payment submissions. Members cannot invite or remove teammates, and cannot delete the organization.
To invite a teammate:
1. Settings → Team → Invite member.
2. Enter their email and pick Admin or Member.
3. They get an email with an accept link valid for 7 days.
4. They click the link, sign in (or create an account using the same email), and accept.
If they signed up with a different email, the accept page tells them which email to use. Send the invitation again to the right address from the team page.
To remove a teammate, click Remove on their row. They lose access immediately. The organization owner cannot be removed.
