From contact list to delivered message in under five minutes.

You'll need: an approved template, a credit balance, and at least one contact in the system. 1. Open Contacts. Use the search to filter by area, plan, or expiry date. 2. Tick the rows you want to message. You can select up to 5,000 at a time. 3. Click "Send to selected". You'll land on the Compose page. 4. Pick a template from the dropdown. Only Meta-approved templates appear here. 5. If the template has variables (e.g. {customer_name}), Deep IQ fills them automatically from each contact's row. 6. Confirm the recipient count and click Send. The job is queued instantly. The cron worker drains the queue once per minute, so a 100-recipient send finishes in roughly two minutes. Open the job page to watch delivery in real time. WhatsApp's checkmarks (sent / delivered / read) appear here as Meta reports them back.
