Understanding credits

1 message = 1 credit. The IQD price is fixed at 50 IQD per message regardless of pack size, so the math stays simple. Packs: • 1,000 messages — 50,000 IQD • 3,000 messages — 150,000 IQD • 5,000 messages — 250,000 IQD You pay by manual bank transfer or Zain Cash, then submit a confirmation form on the Billing page. Approval is usually under 24 hours; longer if it lands on a weekend. When we send a message, we deduct 1 credit before calling Meta. If Meta refuses (bad number, recipient blocked you, rate limit), we refund the credit automatically and the failure shows up on the job page. Your ledger is the audit log — every purchase, send, refund, and admin adjustment is one row, and you can see the running balance after each entry. Download it from Settings → Danger zone → Export data if you need it for accounting. If your account hits 0 mid-send, the rest of the batch fails with INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT and stops trying. Top up and re-send the failed rows.
