1 message = 1 credit. The IQD price is fixed at 50 IQD per message regardless of pack size, so the math stays simple. Packs: • 200 messages — 10,000 IQD • 500 messages — 25,000 IQD • 1,000 messages — 50,000 IQD Send by Master Card or Zain Cash to +964 785 050 8550, then submit the confirmation form. Approval is usually under 24 hours; longer if it lands on a weekend. When a message is handed to WhatsApp, 1 credit is deducted. If the send fails immediately or WhatsApp later reports a failure, the credit is returned automatically and the failure appears on the job page. Your billing history shows every purchase, send, refund, and adjustment with the running balance after each entry. Download it from Settings → Danger zone → Export data if you need it for accounting. If your balance runs out during a send, the remaining recipients are not sent. Top up and re-send those rows.
